T’s on a roll

Here is T’s first bread and her first post. She helped measure, pour and mix the ingredients and work the dough. She wore the hat, and we had to refer to each other as Able Baker T and Able Baker Mummy. She didn’t strictly follow Richard’s technique, incorporating smooshing and squeezing with stretching, slapping and folding. It was baked after she went to bed, so the first order of the day was to inspect her bread. Who would have thought something so small could bring so much joy. She ate it for breakfast with butter and vegemite. When I asked her if it was crunchy the response (through bulging cheeks) was “No, it’s chewy!” When asked if was good the answer was a resounding “YES!!!”
