I stuffed it … finally

Here is my first attempt at stuffed bread … and also whole wheat. I used equal parts white bread flour and whole wheat flour. It’s okay but have to admit I’m really not a huge fan of brown bread. The stuffed bread had salami, cheese and cherry tomatoes. Tasty snack. I can just cut off slice and it’s just like a little ready to go, one handed sambo.
